Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the JR Products window knob. This is going to replace your worn out or broken knob on your RV window, or even some RV vents. It is going to work with one inch shafts. The diameter of our knob here is right about two and a quarter inches.

Get that lined up with the edge, maybe just a little shy. It's got right about an inch and five sixteenths inch thick. And it's going to have a clearance of about say 13 sixteenths or just over three fourths of an inch. So much room you'll have between the head of the knob and where it's connecting. The outer diameter of our shaft here is going to be about, we measured it before using calipers and it came out to be about a 0.43 inches, which is a little under seven sixteenths seven inch.The inner diameter again, using calipers was 0.3 inches or just shy of nine sixteenths of an inch.

The kit is going to include both your knob and your replacement screw. Now this screw is a one and three sixteenths inch, eight 32 rounded head machine screw.
